[TopicMapsInLIS] Promoting the list

Dear Liliana,

Thank you for your enthusiasm for this list!

In addition to asking Suellen and Edward about the survey, I would like to
discuss how we can promote this list among librarians.

I'm not a librarian myself, and I don't know the community very well, but I
assume there are numerous mailing lists and discussion forums where we could
post an announcement about this list.

Who would like to start the ball rolling? It would probably be a good idea
to cross-post such announcements to this list so that we can see who has
been informed.
