I suspect not a lot, and I think the main reason for this lies with
the biggest flaw in FRBR itself which is the lack of global persistent
identification of things. I'd just point to a couple of things I've
done myself and at least one other project in the "realm" of Topic
Maps that's done something similar ;
* I have a half-baked FRBR thing in Topic Maps that was used as a
prototype for bibliographic repositories, but abandoned because it was
Yet Another little project on the side of things, and getting the
library to first understand the importance of PSI and second having
them partake in such an effort has proven difficult.
* Kent Fitch has a semi-FRBR model in a semi-half-Topic Maps system
through his AustLit (Australian Literature) project ;

With FRBR, it's not really the model or idea which is the challenge ;
it's how you put things into it in a meaningful way that proves
difficult.
