Dear List Members,

 

I am pleased to report that I have had made progress in my efforts to revive
this mailing list.  My primary problem was that that the email service
provider was not filtering spam.  This generated about 20 requests per day
for moderator approval.  I ran out of time and interest to fight the spam
battle.

 

Having recently convinced the ISP to extend spam filtering to this mail
list, I now have great hopes that I can do an effective job of mail list
administration.

 

I invite all of you to post to the list.  This is an exciting time for Topic
Maps.  So, I know there will be much to discuss.

 

I hope to hear from many of you soon.
